Return Policy

Terms and Conditions

You have up to 15 days after the LRS ship date to initiate a return. Your items must reach us within 30 days from the ship date. Items received after the 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship late items back to you.

When we receive your items, we will refund your order less handling and shipping charges. At LRS, we charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.

To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, documentation, manuals and all accessories.

Due to the nature of our business, you will be billed for lost pagers and coasters. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if the products are not in their original condition- we will return such items to you. If we reject a shipment, LRS reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. The customer must pay all costs related to the return shipping of products.

Our receiving and accounting department work very hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow 10-14 days after we receive the returned items to process your credit.

Payment Terms

In order to insure prompt order processing and to maintain our high standard of customer service, we must receive your payments promptly.
• For your convenience we accept Credit Cards, COD, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
• Net terms are available upon credit approval.
